KITCHEN / BATHROOM / LAUNDRY DESIGN

Firstly we will do an initial consultation where we will discuss your brief and look at the space . We can do this on site or via zoom .
We will then send a checklist for you to fill in to make sure we have covered everything.
From there we will create a concept proposal for you.
This can include selecting and presenting a proposal for the following :Tiles , Tapware , appliances/sanitaryware , Benchtop finish, cabinetry finish, paint colours, feature lighting, fixtures and fittings.
Presentation drawings showing proposed plan layout and elevations with products and finishes in place.
Optional add on: 3d View of the proposed space
From here we can provide quotes with our trade prices applied for all the specified products.
Once approved we can order these for you and organise delivery
Having strong relationships with our contractors and suppliers enable us to not only get competitive prices but trusting service to make sure everything runs smoothly.

FULL HOUSE DESIGN

Firstly we will do an initial consultation where we will discuss your brief and look at the space . We can do this on site or via zoom .
The next step is to create an overall vision for your home. It is important for us to extract as much information from you as we can to make sure we can create a home to meet your families requirements and desires.
We will present an overall interior / exterior mood board .
From here we will work through each space and create a full proposal package which is cohesive , functional and beautiful.
This can include selecting and presenting a proposal for the following : Furniture, curtains, soft furnishings, flooring , art, wall finish, tiles, tapware, appliances, sanitaryware, custom cabinetry, paint colours, feature lighting, fireplace, fixtures and fittings. Presentation drawings showing proposed plan layout and elevations with products and finishes in place. Optional add ons: 3d View of the proposed space
Once approved we will create detailed drawings including any custom joinery for pricing. Full specification sheets showing details of each item will also be supplied.
From here we can provide quotes with our trade prices applied and place orders for you.
